The Zingbot Competition is known specifically as a recurring type of Power of Veto or Head of Household competition.
Rules[]
History[]
Big Brother 12[]
Houseguests had to retrieve one puzzle piece at a time from a basket, race across a balance beam, and construct four puzzles that spell out the word "veto" while on a rotating platform. However, if they were to fall off the balance beam or rotating platform at any time, they were eliminated.
Big Brother 13[]
Houseguests were tasked with building Zingbot's wife, by placing puzzle pieces onto an incomplete robot. Once all four sides were covered, a head and arms must then be connected. The first houseguest to assemble the robot correctly wins.
Big Brother 14[]
Houseguests had to build a pipeline from the Zingtonium chamber to the transformer, passing through all six gateways. Once completed, they had to guide a Zingtonium orb through the pipeline and into the transformer, with the first person to finish winning.
Big Brother 15[]
Houseguests competed in Ball Roll, in which they had to throw their Zingtonium ball across a slope and catch it when it reaches the other side. When the ball crosses the top, the player gets an energy point. If at any time a ball drops, that houseguest's score resets to 0. Whoever reaches 250 energy points first wins the POV.
Big Brother 16[]
Houseguests had to connect a series of cables through four circuit boxes, lighting up bulbs at each. Players had to follow circuit paths and plug-in cables correctly, making sure electricity can flow to each light bulb. The first person to light up all boxes wins the POV.
Big Brother 17[]
Houseguests competed in Morph 'O' Matic, in which players were shown images of three houseguests' faces morphed together. Players were then tasked with figuring out which houseguests were being shown and lighting up their names on the answer board. The player to correctly guess all mash-ups in the shortest amount of time wins.
Big Brother 18[]
Houseguests competed in Yankee Swap, in which they shot a bean bag onto a grid of numbers and aimed to get the highest score in each round, as to not be eliminated. Each time a player is eliminated, they earn a prize, such as the POV, a vacation, money, or a punishment.
Big Brother 19[]
Houseguests competed in Slippery Slope, in which each player must transport liquid in a small scoop from one container into another, while on a slippery slope. The houseguest to fill their jug first wins.
Big Brother 20[]
Houseguests participated in Hide and Go Veto, in which each player hides a veto in the house, and tries to locate other players' veto cards. After five out of six cards have been found, they are opened to determine who is knocked out of the competition, with the owner of the sole card left in the house being the winner.
Big Brother 21[]
Houseguests competed in Pull Some Strings, in which players use two ropes to maneuver a ball up a wall, while aiming to knock out multiple targets. Players also attempt not to drop their ball into any holes on the wall, with the first person to knock out each target winning the POV.
Big Brother 22[]
Houseguests competed in Tiger Zing, in which players raced through a maze to find exotic alien tigers and bring them back to their corresponding cages. The player with the fastest time would win the competition and earn the POV.
