Zanjoe Marudo was a finalist on Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition 1.
Known for his chill and friendly disposition, Zanjoe was able to form close friendships among his fellow housemates, particularly with Bianca Gonzalez. He was known to be one of the strong contenders in the house and eventually finished as the third runner-up.
Biography[]
Zanjoe Marudo was born in Tanauan City, Batangas. His father, Zosimo Lumbres Marudo hails from Batangas while his mother, Rosanna Acuesta is a native of Calauag, Quezon. He has five siblings and he is the third child. From elementary school until high school, he played in the basketball varsity team. His brother Zandro influenced him to play basketball. He was in the San Sebastian College-Staglets Team, playing in the NCAA. He joined a modeling contest, Body Shots, and won the First Runner-up title. He joined The Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition, winning fourth Place with actors John Prats, Bianca Gonzalez and Keana Reeves. He signed his acting contract with ABS-CBN network.
Marudo became a model after high school. He appeared in the Bench Fever fashion show. In Philippine Cosmopolitan Magazine (September 2006 issue), Marudo is one of the 10 Centerfold men in the "Cosmopolitan 69 Bachelors and 10 Centerfolds" supplement.

- Since 2006, Zanjoe has signed on as one of ABS-CBN's contract actors through its talent arm Star Magic.
- In 2007, Zanjoe was one of the lead stars of the ABS-CBN comedy series Aalog-Alog (Jiggling) with fellow Celebrity Edition 1 housemates John Prats, Keanna Reeves, and Pinoy Big Brother 1 runner-up Jason Gainza and in the fantasy series Super Inggo as Super Islaw.
- Zanjoe was one of the supporting actors for the television horror-thriller series Florinda with Maricel Soriano.
- In 2016, Zanjoe portrayed the lead male role in the daytime drama series Tubig at Langis (Water and Oil)
- Zanjoe was cast in the movie The Third Party together with Angel Locsin and Pinoy Big Brother 1 housemate Sam Milby
- They returned to the Big Brother house to promote their movie.
- In 2017, Zanjoe played a leading role in the primetime fantasy drama series My Dear Heart.
