Sims Big Brother 2 is the second season of Sims Big Brother.

Background

This is the second season of Sims Big Brother. This season revolves around the theme based on the phrase "Out with the Old, In with the New" and is going to be bigger than before. Something new will change the game for this season; new houseguests, new house, and new gameplay!

Season & Format Changes

• New Gameplay: This season will have a game format inspired by the gameplay of Pinoy Big Brother 8.

• Two-Phase Season: This season will have two game phases; Selection Phase and Final Phase.
  • Selection Phase: This phase will start with 16 contestants, with 8 of them selected to be official houseguests in various ways and will live in the new Big Brother House, the other 8 who were not selected will be wildcard contestants and will live in Camp Wildcard. From Week 1 to Week 7, the evicted official houseguest will be replaced by a wildcard contestant selected by the wiki to become an official houseguest, on the other hand a new wildcard will be introduced in the camp, as replacement of the wildcard who crossed-over. There will be no HOH in this phase. All houseguests will vote to nominate, and the nominees will face eviction challenges.
  • Final Phase: Starting from Week 8, when the final 8 official houseguests are formed, the final phase will take place. This is where the original gameplay will be played with HOH, POV, and Houseguests voting to evict until the finale.

• Wiki Involvement: Inspired by User:LogzLogan1278 and User:Sbcm133's blogs, along with recommendations of some of the users, the wiki will be more involved in this season. For the first time in Sims Big Brother, you will have the power over Houseguest Selections and other new twists.

• New House and Old House: Two Houses will be used for this season. The new house is where the official houseguests would live, and the old house is where the wildcard houseguests would live.

The House

New House

For this season, the Big Brother House has moved into a new lot in Del Sol Valley. The new house features a luxurious interior, with violet and gold as the house's dominant color. The new Big Brother studio compound is inspired by the Pinoy Big Brother studio along with its yellow house facade. The house layout is inspired by the Season 2 era (Season 2,Celebrity 2, Teen 2) houses.

The house has new amenities such as a large swimming pool and backyard, a spacious activity area/challenge arena, a gym area, and a wellness room. An Eviction Hall, just like in PBB House, was also built adjacent to the main house.

Camp Wildcard

The Camp Wildcard uses the original Big Brother house used in Sims Big Brother 1. It has a rusty-looking industrial apartment interior with corrugated metal, and fake windows featured inside the house. The layout of the original house was changed for this season. The house was completely indoors, with no backyard. The former backyard was converted into a challenge arena.

The Twists

Selection Phase Twists

• Houseguest Selections: The wiki will have the power to select which contestant will become an official houseguest.
  • Wildcard Cross-Overs: Every week a wildcard contestant will be selected to become an official houseguest and will cross-over to the Big Brother house.
• Houseguests Nominate: There will be no HOH in this phase, and all the houseguests will nominate for eviction. The houseguests with the top three votes will be nominees.
• Wiki's Nominee: The wiki will have the power to nominate one houseguest for eviction. This houseguest will join the official set of nominees for the week.
• Wiki's Immunity : Since there's no HOH, the wiki will have the power to give immunity to a houseguest.
• Eviction Challenges: Weekly Challenges will determine who will be evicted throughout the phase.

Finale Phase Twists

• Wiki's Eviction Vote: The wiki's nomination vote will be replaced by an eviction vote when this phase begins to take place.

Week 1	5		"Debate to the Top" The Campers were randomly divided into two groups. One at a time, a member from both groups will debate a certain topic. The group with the most wins will be eligible for cross-over. However, in case of a tie, the four campers who successfully aced the debate regardless of their group will be eligible for the first cross-over.	Sam, Sania, Seo Joon, Yumi
	6		"Temple Raiders" Deep inside an ancient Selvadoradan temple, the four nominees must make their way to the end as fast as they could or else, their game will be poisoned with a curse named "eviction". To get their way to the end, they must be able to carve out an ancient statue, dive into an ancient pool, and dig to find two ancient relics. Once they reach the end, they must be able to light the fire. The last houseguest to reach the end and light a fire will be the first evictee of the season.	Bo, Iain, Sofia
Week 2	10		"College Wars" The campers go back to college wherein they form two cliques and must battle out in a college classic game, Juice Pong to gain eligibility to cross-over.	Ava, Maya, Sebastian, Seo Joon
	14		"Swampy Maze" The nominees must traverse a maze filled with swampy waters and grass. There are five stations they have to reach as they swim through the swampy maze. Each station has a certain task they must accomplish before moving to the next station. Once they completed all stations they must find their way back to their starting point. Week 3	9		"Decorating Trees" Both of the two teams must decorate four christmas trees as fast as they could. The team to finish first will be eligible for cross-over.	Ava, Carmen, Sam, Seo Joon

After the houseguests and campers entered their respective houses, the game immediately began as relationships started to develop. Day 4 saw the Wiki giving Leo an immunity from the first nominations while Iain was voted by the wiki as their nominee, automatically putting him on the block. On Day 5, the first nominations of the house took place. With Leo's immunity and Iain as Wiki's nominee, they cannot be nominated. After the house cast their nomination votes, results revealed Sofia receiving 7 nomination points, Bo with 6 points, and Jessica with 5 points, thus making them the first week's nominees as they received the three highest nomination points.

In the camp, the campers participated in their first selection challenge where they were divided into two teams for a debate challenge. Sam and Sebastian were randomly selected as team leaders for this week. Interestingly, a tie occurred, making the winners of the challenge regardless of the group eligible for cross-over. Sam and Sania from Team Sam along with Team Sebastian's Sebastian and Yumi became eligible to be selected to cross-over.

At the end of the week, the nominees competed on the eviction challenge to save themselves from eviction. In a challenge named Temple Raiders, the nominees had to go through different stages in order to reach the other end of the arena where they have to light a fire. The last to light a fire will be evicted out of the house. At the start of the challenge, Sofia and Jessica were performing faster than the two male nominees, with Iain lagging behind. However, as they reached the final stage where they have to dig to find ancient relics, Bo and Iain immediately found the relics and were able to light their fire first. Unfortunately, Jessica who took a long time finding relics was the last player to light a fire, making her the first evicted houseguest of the season. Later that night, she was officially evicted out of the house. On the other hand, Sania Ahmad was selected by the wiki and officially crossed-over to the Big Brother house right after Jessica left the house. After Sania left the camp, a new camper, Carmen Duran was introduced and entered the camp in the hopes of becoming the next to cross-over.

Week 2 began with Sania's entrance to the Big Brother House. As a new houseguest, Sania was welcomed by her new housemates. On Day 9, the Wiki has selected Haleigh to be immune for this week, but nominated Iain again for the second time. After hearing the announcement, Iain felt discouraged, thinking that the public dislike him. As days passed by Sofia became wary of having a new houseguest entering, and it eventually led to a confrontation between Sofia and Sania, which the latter found too disrespectful. Sofia's actions in the house became unbearable for some houseguests, making her the most voted housemate of the week, with 6 nomination points. Bo and Chace tied with 5 points putting them on the block as well. In the Camp, the Campers competed in their second selection challenge, wherein two teams have to compete in a college classic game of Juice Pong. Eventually, it was Ava, Maya, Sebastian, and Seo Joon that gained eligibility to be selected in the Cross-Over Selections.

At the end of the week, the nominees competed in the week's Eviction Challenge, where they have to swim through a swampy maze in order to save themselves. The challenge concluded with Chace, Sofia, and Iain saving themselves over Bo. With Bo's surprising defeat in the challenge, he became the second evictee of the season.

Meanwhile, Maya and Seo Joon became the wiki's favorites to cross-over this week; however, it was Maya who managed to gain more votes. She left the camp and officially moved into the Big Brother House after Bo's eviction. After Maya's cross-over, a new contestant named Phoebe entered the Camp Wildcard, joining other campers in their dream of crossing-over and becoming an official houseguest.

Week 3 started on Day 15, a day after Bo's eviction and Maya's cross-over. A new girl, Phoebe Stanford entered Camp Wildcard replacing Maya's spot in the camp. Inside the Big Brother House, alliances became clearer as the week passed by. The housemates have been forming pair alliances with each other; Leo and Sania's relationship became stronger than ever. On the other hand, a sporty Karlie and a geeky Iain developed an unlikely alliance. In Nominations, Sofia, Sania, and Haleigh joined Chace on the block after receiving the three highest votes. In the Camp, the 3rd Selection Challenge took place, wherein Carmen and Phoebe were assigned as Team Leaders. Team Carmen consisted of Carmen, Seo Joon, Ava, and Sam while Team Phoebe consisted of Phoebe, Sebastian, Payton, and Yumi. The two teams competed in the challenge called Decorating Trees. The challenge went head to head but it was Team Carmen who won, giving them eligibility to be selected for this week's Cross-Over Selection. Ultimately, the wiki voted Seo Joon to cross-over as an official houseguest.

At the end of the week, the nominees faced the eviction challenge, and Sania aced the challenge as she was the first to finish. Unfortunately, Sofia surprisingly took a long time to finish the challenge, falling in the last place, making her the 3rd Evictee of the season. After Sofia's eviction and Seo Joon's cross-over, a new camper arrived in Camp Wildcard, Pete Calhoun.
