Patricia "Trish" Balusa was a housemate on Big Brother 20 (UK).
Trish began the game with her having a "leadership" role in the house, which rubbed her housemates the wrong way, but also made them like her at the same time. She escaped eviction for the first two weeks, but due to her vocalness, she was nominated for the first time in Week 3.
After surviving 35 days in the house, Trish was confident that she would not be eliminated, but she become a victim of the double eviction by receiving the second highest number of votes that week.

Retrieved from tvzoneuk.com I always wanted to apply back in the day, my friends would always be like ‘I think you'd be good in there, you're quite mouthy’! When I saw it was coming back I thought it was the universe telling me something so I just went for it. Also because I want to humanise refugees and immigrants, especially in this political climate. I want people to see that behind the stats and figures, there are real humans. We are important simply because we exist, not only when we participate in capitalism. We matter because we are alive and breathing - no human is illegal! What part of the experience are you most looking forward to? I'm looking forward to the challenges in the game and the team work. I'm really competitive, even at things where I know I may not be great. I just look forward to participating and giving it my best. How would your friends and family describe you? Responsibly crazy. Definitely opinionated. Really funny, and I guess argumentative and reliable. Tell us an interesting fact about yourself... I speak three languages - English, French and Lingala, a native Congolese language. What are you most likely to get nominated for? Being argumentative and getting involved in other people’s arguments trying to save them! What would you do with the prize money if you won? I think my first priority is to sort out my housing situation. The housing crisis is just ridiculous and my housing situation has been unstable. It brings me a lot of mum guilt because I've got a young child. It’s my biggest incentive and motivation to win. Who would be your dream celebrity to live with? Kelechi Okafor, Cardi B and Jeremy Corbyn.[1] |
