Tiffany Monique Mitchell was a houseguest on Big Brother 23 (US). She was also a co-host on Big Brother: Reindeer Games.
A member of the Queens, Tiffany used her first few weeks to construct the impressive Cookout alliance. Despite not being in the initial Slaughterhouse alliance, she got in good with the first HoH Frenchie French, and then proceeded to help break it up the next week once Kyland Young got into power. Though she wasn't in power during the pre-jury phase, she is credited for convincing the house to evict Frenchie, Brent Champagne, and Whitney Williams, and she got close with a number of people throughout the house, which included fellow Queen Claire Rehfuss, then-outcast Derek Xiao, and competition beast Christian Birkenberger. She used those relationships to create a master plan of using a system of pawns to help ease The Cookout into making it to the end.
Tiffany's master plan ended up working, leading her and her alliance into the final 6. It wasn’t without its difficulties as Tiffany had difficulty letting go of the non-Cookout members, occasionally even debating whether she should turn on the alliance to help her individual game. She had her disagreements with other alliance members, most notably Derek Frazier and Azah Awasum. Her gunning for HoH had left a sour taste in Kyland and Xavier Prather’s mouths, as they believed she was acting “selfishly” and couldn’t be trusted, which eventually put a target on her back on the following weeks. Week 9 was a tough week for Tiffany as she opted to nominate Claire, with the former explaining to the latter why her closest ally would be evicted.
Though Tiffany felt safe with the Final Three deal she made with Kyland and Hannah Chaddha, Kyland decided that it was in his best interest to go to the end with Xavier rather than with Tiffany, so he nominated Tiffany and Hannah in Week 10. Tiffany was then evicted in a unanimous 3-0 vote during the first half of the second Double Eviction. She placed 6th and became the 6th member of the Jury.
On Finale Night, Tiffany was awarded America's Favorite Houseguest.

- After the conclusion of the Week 8 Head of Household competition, all houseguests randomly chose an envelope to open after receiving their weekly payment from America. In addition to the 100 BB Bucks from America, the envelope granted Tiffany 50 BB Bucks.

- During the finale of Big Brother 25 (US), it was announced that Tiffany would co-host Big Brother: Reindeer Games alongside Derek Xiao and Jordan Lloyd. The three would be referred to as "Elf Ambassadors".[2]

- Tiffany joined The Winners Circle podcast, hosted by Cody Calafiore and Derrick Levasseur, for coverage of Big Brother 24 (US).[3]
- Tiffany returned to host the Big BroChella Power of Veto competition during Week 7 of Big Brother 24 (US).
- Tiffany once again returned in Big Brother 24 (US), this time with the rest of The Cookout alliance to discuss the season during Week 11's eviction episode.

- Tiffany competed on the first season of The Challenge: USA[5], CBS's spin-off of the flagship MTV series, which featured Big Brother, Survivor, The Amazing Race and Love Island contestants. Fellow BB23 houseguests Alyssa, Azah, Derek X, Kyland and Xavier also competed, alongside Angela Rummans, David Alexander and Enzo Palumbo. In Episode 2, she was randomly paired with Love Island's Cashel Barnett and they ended up getting eliminated.
- Tiffany competed on the second season of The Challenge: USA, returning from Season 1 alongside Alyssa L, as well as Paulie Calafiore, Josh Martinez and Faysal Shafaat representing the flagship MTV series, and Tyler Crispen, Alyssa Snider, Ameerah Jones and Monte Taylor representing Big Brother as rookies. She was placed on the Red Team. She ended up getting eliminated in Episode 7.
Trivia
- Excluding people who have won the final 4 HOH and final 3 HOH back to back, Tiffany is the first female, and third houseguest overall, to win HOH two weeks in a row, following Frankie Grande and Sheldon Jean. They would be followed by Jag Bains.
- Tiffany is the eighth African-American houseguest to win two HOHs following Marcellas Reynolds, Marvin Latimer, Kalia Booker, Danielle Lickey, Omarosa Manigault, Ricky Williams and Kyland Young. They would be followed by Xavier Prather, Monte Taylor, and Taylor Hale.
- Tiffany is the second African-American recipient of the America's Favorite Houseguest award, following Da'Vonne Rogers. She would be followed by Taylor Hale.
- Both times Tiffany was HOH:
