The Slaughterhouse is an alliance on Big Brother 23 (US), that was created on the first week of the season. The alliance consist of Alyssa Lopez, Brent Champagne, Christian Birkenberger, Derek Frazier, Frenchie French, Kyland Young, Whitney Williams and Xavier Prather.

History

In week 1, Frenchie wanted to created an alliance called The Slaughterhouse, even before the show. He talks to Xavier and Whitney about forming the alliance, with the name. Whitney suggests, that Frenchie should pull more people to the newly formed alliance. Frenchie states in the Diary Room (DR), that his intentions on the alliance was to grab his biggest threats against him, meaning Christian and Kyland and add them to the alliance. He also creates a sub-alliance in the alliance called The Butchers, to further grant him more safety in weeks to come.

The Fall of Frenchie

In week 2, Kyland won the second Head of Household (HOH) of the season. During a two member talk, a skeptical Frenchie was questioning Kyland about who his target for the week was and to see where he stands with him. After not revealing to much, Frenchie suspects Kyland of holding back information as there is no eye to eye contact. Frenchie then leaves the HOH room and sees Brent in the kitchen and tells him that he is out of the alliance, suspecting that the alliance is turning his back on him. He then walks to a room, where he finds Whitney, with non-members of the alliance and looks to her stating, "I'm out". Brent, Hannah, and Whitney discuss Frenchie's actions and state that what he is doing is not helping. Whitney, gets the opportunity to talk to Frenchie, about him calling her out. He warns her that there is "snakes in the grass and its time for a lawn mower" (talking about the alliance). Following the talk, Whitney states in the DR that she is done with him and wants nothing to do with him. Frenchie meets up with Brent in the bathroom, about how if he doesn't win the Wildcard Competition, he will be going home. Trying to convince Brent to throw the competition for him. Both Brent and Frenchie did not win the Wildcard Competition. Later Kyland nominates Frenchie for eviction. Alyssa, Brent, Claire, Hannah, Tiffany, and Whitney, all spoke to Kyland separately about nominating Frenchie. Brent stated a message to Frenchie in the DR, that the alliance will be just fine without him.
