Creation

The Night Shift was created during Week 2 by Daniel Durston, Nicole Layog and Terrance Higgins.

Fallout

After Matt Turner nominated Ameerah Jones and Terrance as a replacement nominee in Week 3, Daniel and Nicole were left in a tough spot being aligned with both nominees. Nicole started to openly campaign to keep Ameerah since she was more closely aligned to Ameerah. This caused Terrance to lose trust in Nicole. Ultimately, Terrance survived eviction with 4 votes against him, Nicole still voted to evict him and cracks started to form.

Downfall

Following Ameerah’s eviction, Monte Taylor won HOH and targeted Nicole for her affiliation with Ameerah and her strong social game. Monte planned to Backdoor Nicole so he nominated Alyssa Snider and Indy Santos as pawns. Daniel along with his Festie Bestie Kyle Capener went on to win the POV. Despite Daniel’s initial reaction to not use the POV, a misinterpreted conversation with Monte led Daniel to believe they had the votes to keep Nicole if she was nominated. To try and take out their enemy Taylor Hale, Daniel used the POV and Monte nominated Nicole and Taylor. Ultimately, Nicole was evicted by a vote of 9-1, only receiving Daniel’s vote to stay as Terrance once he got wind she was going to be evicted joined the house in voting to evict her. Following Nicole’s eviction, Michael Bruner won HOH. Despite Daniel and Terrance’s pleas to target Monte, Michael backdoored Daniel and he was evicted by a vote of 8-1, thus officially ending the alliance.
