The competition was first used in Big Brother: Over The Top as a Power of Veto competition during Week 5. Danielle Lickey won the competition in record time, winning total power for the week.

The competition's next use was in Big Brother 19 (US) as a Temptation competition. Cody Nickson won the competition, granting him immunity for the week.

The latest use of the competition was in Celebrity Big Brother 2 (US) as Head of Household competition during the third cycle. Tom Green won the competition.
