Tamar Estine Herbert[2] is the winner of Celebrity Big Brother 2 (US).

After entering the house with her worst enemy, Kandi Burruss, the two decided to mend fences as a tight friendship. Tamar used the alliance that she formed with her three bed mates, Lolo Jones, Natalie Eva Marie, and Ricky Williams to take it to the top. Ricky ended up taking Tamar to the final two where she would become the second winner of Celebrity Big Brother (US) and the second houseguest in U.S. history to receive all the jury votes to a 9-0 victory. She is also the first African-American winner of the show and the first person to break the First to Enter Curse.
