Entering the house one day after the edition's launch night alongside Paolo Alcantara, Stephanie faced the threat of eviction every week, despite her perceived "bossy" and "intimidating" demeanor. This pattern persisted until her eventual eviction during the Top 2 reveal, following her failure to secure a portion of the diamonds in the Ten Million Diamonds Challenge. This challenge held crucial percentages that could impact her overall gameplay.
Stephanie made a dramatic re-entry into the house as a wildcard housemate on Day 211, alongside Maxine Trinidad. Reuniting with Rob Blackburn and Gabb Skribikin, who were the Top 2 of their Kumunity, Stephanie competed against Trinidad in a challenge to determine the final member of the Biga-10 housemates through the Biga-10 Challenges. This series of challenges tested their camaraderie as a group in the Kumuni-Test, where they faced various challenges to secure a spot in the final against the Celebrities and Adults. Despite triumphing in the first two challenges, they found themselves tied with the Celebrities after the third challenge, both accumulating 75 points. A tie-breaker challenge ensued, resulting in a victory for the Celebrities (Anji Salvacion, Brenda Mage, and Samantha Bernardo). Consequently, only one finalist spot was awarded to both Adults and Teens, with Blackburn seizing the opportunity against Stephanie and Skribikin. This led to the eviction of the latter two, and Blackburn advanced to the final, ultimately finishing in fourth place.
Despite the challenges faced, Stephanie exhibited an impressive gameplay, securing the 6th position overall in the season.
