The Stage Five alliances are two separate alliances from Big Brother 21 (US) that share the same name, both created by Jack Matthews, with Analyse Talavera joining him in both. After Jack initially made this alliance with Analyse, Christie Murphy, Nick Maccarone and Sam Smith, a second alliance was made between Jack, Analyse, Holly Allen, Jackson Michie and Kathryn Dunn in order to gain Kathryn's trust. Although Sam initially named the first alliance, Jack would coin the name for the second group as well, as an inside joke between him and Jackson, referring to Kathryn as a "stage five clinger".
