Shilpa Shetty Kundra (born Ashwini Shetty; 8 June 1975) is an Indian actress, film producer, dancer, author, businesswoman and former model who predominantly appeared in Hindi-language films. Shetty made her screen debut in the thriller Baazigar (1993) which garnered her two Filmfare Awards nominations, including one for Best Supporting Actress. She followed it with a leading role in the highly successful action comedy Main Khiladi Tu Anari (1994), in which she played a dual role.

- Months after Shilpa won Celebrity Big Brother, reports suggested that Colors had offered Shilpa to host Bigg Boss 2 (Hindi) and that she replaced Arshad Warsi who refused to do the show.[1] Later it was announced that her fellow Celebrity Big Brother 5 (UK) housemate Jade Goody will be a part of the show in her final Big Brother appearance, after their notorious feud in the house which drew international press coverage. Shilpa was replaced by Amitabh Bachchan the following year for Bigg Boss 3 (Hindi).

- In 2007, post her win, Shilpa acted in the film Life in a... Metro where her co-housemate Danielle Lloyd attended the premiere which was hosted in Leicester Square. She later appeared in Karan Johar's film Dostana in a song appearance in 2008.
- In 2009, Shetty got engaged to Raj Kundra, with whom she was co-owner of the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket team Rajasthan Royals, and married the same year.
- Shetty gave birth to a son in 2012. Their second child, a girl, was born in 2020 via surrogacy.
- Shilpa has served as a judge for multiple reality dance competition shows in India, including Zara Nachke Dikha in 2010, Nach Baliye from 2010 to 2020, and Super Dancers from 2016 to present.
