Sarah is a 4’11” pocket rocket and Regimental Sergeant Major with the Australian Army Cadets. What she lacks in height, Sarah makes up for with personality, passion and positivity. She loves beating people’s perceptions about her based on her stature.
Sarah is a true Aussie battler, growing up on the poverty line in a family of seven; stressing about money from a young age and working multiple jobs as a teenager to help support her family. Despite the hardships they endured, Sarah’s parents encouraged education and she is now the first person in her family to reach university where she is currently studying Criminal Justice and Psychological Science (to add to her Law and Business studies).
Sarah’s tough upbringing has given her the ability to turn a negative into a positive which should come in handy in the Big Brother house. Bubbly and smart, she expects to take on a younger sister role in the group dynamic but won’t cope with anyone who tries to undermine her intelligence or motivations, especially if it’s based on her age.
Sarah is looking forward to meeting and living with a bunch of complete strangers but won’t gel with Housemates who are close-minded or pessimists. She is eager to show Australia that young people can be respectful, hard-working and motivated.
If Sarah were to win Big Brother, she would put a deposit on a house and work on a youth development organisation for disadvantaged teenagers.
