Having no idea of how the game works, Sana struggled to connect with the audience and found herself in the Bottom 2 in Week 2. Barely surviving eviction with the help of her housemates, Sana's game grew stronger; Strongly putting her points foward and defending herself during nominations. Having built strong connections with Ankita Lokhande and Munawar Faruqui, Sana received the protection of their fanbases and moved further into the game. Sana also earned much support from the public for exposing and trolling Anurag Dobhal. However, Sana's game took a bad turn after Vicky Jain developed feelings for her despite having his wife, Ankita in the game. Sana and Vicky would receive harsh criticism from their housemates and the public for their indecent acts like holding hands and hugging.
Despite of the controversy, Sana became stronger and repeatedly got into massive arguments with her housemates, notably Abhishek Kumar, Ankita, Anurag, Arun Mashettey, Mannara Chopra, Munawar, Rinku Dhawan and Vicky. As Sana's social game fell apart, her support from the public increased, and she survived multiple evictions with the help of her fanbase. Sana was shockingly evicted from the game after 56 days, resulting to outraged fans demanding the channel to publish the vote counts. Despite requests from the public to bring Sana back, their requests went unheard, with Sana placing 16th overall. Sana is considered as one of the main protagonists of the show, and is often referred to as "The Gamechanger" of the season.
