Rob Blackburn

Robert William "Rob" Tandoc Blackburn was a finalist on Pinoy Big Brother: Kumunity Season 10.

Given the moniker of the "Travelling Wonder Lad of Laguna," Rob faced various challenges throughout the season's run. First appearing as a member of Camp Masagana during their first week in the hidden mountains (as an Outside World Destination task), he developed a close relationship and even had a showmance with Maxine Trinidad, which continued after their appearance on the show.

Despite initial language barriers in the first few weeks, Rob grew closer to the housemates over time and formed a tight friendship and romance with Maxine. Although he could be short-tempered, it did somehow not impact how he faced obstacles and nominations. Eventually, he became a part of the Teen Final 5 and was then named their Kumunity's Top 2 alongside Gabb Skribikin.

Moving to the Biga-10 batch on Day 210, he reunited with Stephanie Jordan and Maxine briefly, until the latter was evicted after the former won the last Biga-10 slot. Their camaraderie as a group was then tested in the Biga-10 Challenges, where they won the first two challenges against the Celebrities and Adults, but tied in scores with the Celebrities, both having 75 points. The Teens lost the tie-breaker challenge, leading to the proclamation of the three celebrity housemates (Anji Salvacion, Brenda Mage, and Samantha Bernardo) as the first three finalists. This meant that only one housemate from the Adults and Teens would be given the fourth and fifth finalist spots. The fifth slot was awarded to Rob after he received the most votes against Jordan and fellow Top 2 Skribikin.

Rob concluded his Pinoy Big Brother journey in fourth place with a combined save-evict percentage of 4.01%.

PBB Teens won’t be Rob Blackburn’s first rodeo with reality television. In 2019, he actually auditioned for Idol Philippines. At the time, he was just 16 and still living in Qatar. Sadly, the judges said no to him during his audition, but Vice Ganda did say that he had the makings of being a star. Now 19 and living in Laguna, Rob is here to prove Vice right. Talented in both sports and singing, Ang Traveling Wonder Lab Ng Laguna looks to bring his global charms to the competition. ^[1]
