Ricky was the last man to be nominated on Celebrity Big Brother 2 (US), with his first nomination happening on Day 21.
- He's also the only man who made it to finale night.
Ricky never faced eviction during Celebrity Big Brother 2.
- Ricky, along with Alison Irwin from Big Brother 4, Drew Daniel from Big Brother 5, Jon Pardy from Big Brother Canada 2 and Kevin Martin from Big Brother Canada 5 are the only HouseGuests to never face eviction in a single season.
- By extension, he is the first houseguest to cast a vote at every live eviction during the course of a single season, due to having to break a tie during Final 5 and then winning the Final HoH. Also, he voted correctly every single time.
- Ironically, he received no jury votes to win at the end. Due to that, Ricky is the first person to make it to the end of the game and never receive any votes, for or against. He would be followed by Anthony Douglas in Big Brother Canada 7.
Ricky is the third runner-up to receive no jury votes to win the game, following Memphis Garrett in Big Brother 10 (US) and Karen Singbeil in Big Brother Canada 5. He would be followed by Anthony Douglas in Big Brother Canada 7.
