Rhys Eugenio is a teen Star Dreamer in the first chapter of Pinoy Big Brother 8.
He was sent to the Camp Star Hunt after failing to be selected as official housemate at the Housemate Selection twist.
Throughout his two-week stay at the Camp, Rhys managed to win in their Weekly Jobs twice, making him eligible for cross-over for two consecutive weeks. However, it wasn't until Week 2 that he was finally chosen as the newest Official Housemate.
On Week 2, Rhys crossed-over from the Camp to the Big Brother House, replacing Art Guma who was just evicted prior to his entry.
In the House, Rhys was able to avoid facing eviction after winning Immunity for two weeks straight. However, on Week 7, his refusal of competing for the Big Jump Competition caused him to be nominated for the very first time, alongside Karina Bautista and Seth Fedelin who also chose not to participate in the series' most important competition. On Week 8, Big Brother gave the nominees a special task to prove their worth as a housemate where winning in their task would mean saving them from nominations. Unfortunately, Rhys, Karina and Seth lost the task, failing to save themselves. With the eviction pushing through, Rhys together with Karina and Seth faced the Eviction Competition where the nominee who finished the challenge last would be evicted.
Unfortunately, Rhys was unable to finish the competition ahead of Seth and Karina, evicting him out of the Big Brother House.
