Rank Nominations is a special form of nomination process.
Format[]
In general, instead of the usual voting process, all housemates must rank everyone including themselves from most deserving to least deserving to win. The two housemates who ranked the lowest by everyone will be nominated for eviction.

Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7[]
In its appearance during the Part 3 of Pinoy Big Brother 7, the final six adult housemates must rank themselves from most deserving to least deserving to win and must state valid reasons.
Intended to be used as a nomination process, a disappointed Big Brother changed the use of the twist after discovering that only two of his adult housemates ranked themselves as the most deserving to be a Big Winner. Instead, Big Brother made the two housemates who ranked themselves 1st the only players eligible for the Big Jump Challenge while the rest were nominated for eviction.

In Pinoy Big Brother: Connect, the twist was used as the nomination process on Week 12. The twist was tweaked with the addition of points. The two housemates who had the lowest ranks and the most points would be nominated for eviction.

- Every remaining housemate placed themselves in Rank 1 in Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11 with the exception of Rain Celmar who placed herself in Rank 3.
- Interestingly, none of the Pinoy Big Brother: Connect housemates chose to rank themselves in 1st Place.
