The Ms. Beauty Kabo-Guru of Las Piñas, Raf Juane, is a renowned influencer and YouTuber boasting over one million subscribers. As the younger sister of fellow adult housemate Nathan Juane, the two shared an inseparable bond during their stay inside the Big Brother House.
Raf and Nathan made a unique entrance, joining a day before the other adult housemates officially entered PBB Airlines during the Celebrity Kumunity Top 2 Reveal on Day 78. Welcomed by Big Brother in the cockpit of BB Airlines, Nathan was assigned as the plane's pilot, and Raf took on the role of the flight attendant. Big Brother presented them with a secret task – to conceal their real-life sibling relationship from the other housemates. Successfully completing the task would earn them their weekly budget and a Nomination Immunity Pass. Failure, however, would result in losing their first weekly budget inside the House.
Maintaining their act as strangers, the Juane siblings deceived Isabel Laohoo during a questioning task. Isabel, tasked with identifying the housemates concealing their real identity, incorrectly guessed Raf and Aleck Iñigo as unrelated. Nathan then revealed the truth about their sibling connection, leading to a heartfelt reunion. Additionally, Big Brother rewarded the adult housemates with their weekly budget for successfully keeping the secret.
The Juane Team, led by Raf and Nathan, faced defeat in the Battle of the Duos group challenge against the Macaraan siblings, Basti and Jaye Macaraan, held on Days 108 to 113. Despite the loss, Raf remained free from eviction as she was not perceived as a threat by her housemates.
Turning 26 during the season, Raf accepted a unique challenge to dress, behave, and pose like a Barbie doll for 260 minutes (4 hours and 20 minutes) while being confined to a large, pink box. Only Nathan had the ability to transport her to a location designated by Big Brother through the plasma TV in the living room. A successful completion of the mission offered Raf a 100 Seconds Encounter with her parents in a designated room.
Although she didn't secure victory in either of the two Head of Household challenges during their edition, Raf's stellar gameplay remained evident as she avoided eviction for the first five nominations. However, her journey took a turn when she received an automatic nomination on Day 134 alongside Isabel Laohoo, Laziz Rustamov, and Zach Guerrero for failing to secure the third Adult Kumunity Final Five spot, claimed by Seham Daghlas. This marked the beginning of the end for Raf, as she was evicted on Day 141, receiving the least percentage of save-to-evict votes along with Rustamov.
