Rachel Eileen Villegas (née Reilly) is the winner of Big Brother 13 (US). She also competed on Big Brother 12 (US) and Big Brother 27 (US).

In Big Brother 12 (US), Rachel caused significant drama for her overbearing personality, which led to her getting into verbal fights with her fellow houseguests. When she was nominated against her only ally/showmance Brendon Villegas in Week 5, she was evicted unanimously for being seen as the more significant threat of the duo. She placed 9th and was the first member of the jury. She would cast her jury vote for Lane Elenburg, feeling he had played the best social game.

She returned to the game in Big Brother 13 (US) as part of the dynamic duo twist, being partnered with her then fiancé, now husband, Brendon Villegas. When Brendon was evicted in Week 6, Rachel was in the house for the first time ever without him, and could play the game with less distraction, instead focusing on strategy. Rachel also dominated in competitions; winning 4 Head of Household and 2 Power of Veto competitions. Rachel would ultimately win the game over Porsche Briggs in a close 4-3 jury vote.

In Big Brother 27 (US), Rachel was the sole returning player and her presence dominated the first half of the season. Throughout her time in the game, she made tight bonds with Amy Bingham, Ashley Hollis, and Jimmy Heagerty, while also developing season-long rivalries with Keanu Soto and Vince Panaro. Despite her massive target, Rachel managed to avoid being nominated during her time in the house by insulating herself well and being used as a shield by other players. Unfortunately for Rachel, her luck ran out when she failed to complete the Hit The Road competition in the allotted time at the White Locust Resort, resulting in her abrupt exit from the game on Day 60 and becoming the first member of the jury. Rachel's exit this season was the source of much controversy, especially since she managed to avoid being nominated up to that point in the game.

Despite her constant irritation to other houseguests and viewers often due to her grating laugh and frequent crying, she and Brendon ("Brenchel") developed a huge fan base. Due to her competition prowess, she is considered one of the greatest physical players in the show's history, having won every endurance competition she has competed in.
