Returning Players: Désirée Nick, who previously competed on Promi Big Brother 3, returned this season as a housemate.
Late Entries: Jimi Ochsenknecht entered the house on Day 3.
Double Eviction: On Day 10, two housemates were evicted as opposed to the usual one.
Previously Evicted Contestant: Due to an error in the public voting system the day prior, Andrej Mangold was allowed to re-enter the game on Day 16.
