Old Skool was an alliance on Big Brother 24 (US).

Initially dominating the first two evictions as they won the Head of Household competitions, Old Skool was quickly dismantled when their hapless interactions with the outsiders exposed their alliance and resulted in the formation of the new dominant alliance called The Leftovers, with Ameerah Jones being their first victim. Effectively usurping control throughout the entire game, The Leftovers annihilated Old Skool, although several attempts to reform by the remnants of the latter alliance were done with little success.

History

Creation

Old Skool was created in Week 2 by Ameerah Jones, as she felt she needed more protection within the game.

Alliance Leaked

Shortly after the alliance was formed, Alyssa Snider leaked the alliance to Kyle Capener. This prompted Kyle to help create The Leftovers, to help overthrow Old Skool. After using this information to help create The Leftovers, Kyle was able to convince Matt Turner to nominate Ameerah Jones and Terrance Higgins as the replacement nominees, intending to take out Ameerah for being the leader of the alliance. After being placed on the block, Ameerah tried to campaign for votes and was able to get the rest of the alliance minus Daniel Durston to vote to keep her, however, their votes were not enough as Ameerah was evicted in a 7-4 vote.

Downfall

After Ameerah's eviction, the alliance tried to stay together, however, The Leftovers had managed to take control of the game at this point and sent the remaining members of the alliance out very quickly. By the time of the final four, no members of the alliance remained in the game, all being evicted.
