Nikko Natividad and McCoy De Leon are pair Celebrity Housemates in Pinoy Big Brother 7 who went on to reach the Big Night finale.
Prior to their entrance, they were unaware of them being a housemate until during the Hashtags performance in It’s Showtime when the music was abruptly cut and Pinoy Big Brother theme song was played instead, Big Brother later announced their names as the new Celebrity Housemates and they will be competing as one. On the launch night, they were the fourth housemate introduced however they weren't able to attend due to some show taping that needed to be finished before their entry. They only appeared through a video call. They were given by Big Brother 48 hours to finish their prior commitments, so instead of attending the live launch they were immediately sent to the airport to fly in to the Vietnam Big Brother House. They were the first housemate to enter the Vietnam Big Brother House.
Despite being two-in-one housemates, they were completely different to each other. Nikko was notable for being loud and a joker inside the house. He was also notable for acting gay and speaking Filipino gay slang for fun. McCoy on the other hand was known to be quiet and often flirts romantically with Elisse Joson in which his housemates tease him for.
On Day 4, a revelation occurred to Nikko when Big Brother asked him whether he already had a son. He later disclosed it by admitting the fact that he was now a father to his 2 year-old son named Aiden. He later went emotional due to the fact that he had to hide being a young father because of his career as a celebrity especially that he was a member of a boy group.
When they went back to the Philippines and entered the Pinoy Big Brother house, they participated in the Big Jump Competition. Since they couldn't compete together, they have to decide which one must compete. They decided to alternately compete on each round with McCoy on the first round and Nikko on the second round. They successfully advanced to the second round. Nikko battled out against Jinri Park and Hideo Muraoka. However, they failed to win the Big Jump, losing to Jinri Park.
The rest of the housemates then faced the public vote for the 2nd Lucky Star competition. Nikko and McCoy turned out to be the Public's Choice, winning the 2nd slot, securing themselves to the Dream Team and avoiding the night's Mass Eviction.
On Day 23, before they temporarily exit the house to give way for the upcoming Teen Edition, they first welcomed Maymay Entrata, the Lucky Teen Housemate they picked through a fake fight prank between the Nikko and McCoy. They failed to make her believe though.
On Week 27, Nikko and McCoy together with the rest of the Lucky Stars and the Lucky Suns re-entered again inside the house during the Live Welcome Episode, where they were united with the Lucky Houses who welcomed them in a Slumber Party held in the Activity Area.
Throughout the Dream Team Chapter, the pair housemates were intimidated by the competitiveness of the Lucky Houses's Adult Housemates when it comes to tasks and competitions. They later nominated them consistently, especially Tanner Mata whom they thought was a threat and the biggest competition in the house.
They were also put up for eviction constantly throughout the chapter, often nominated mostly by the Adults of the Lucky House and some Teens of the Lucky Suns. However, they survive all the evictions and eventually became part of the Lucky 7 Dream Team Finalists who reached the Big Night finale, the only celebrity housemate and Lucky Star member to do so. They announced in 6th Place during first night of the two-evening Big Night losing to the Lucky Suns whose all four members advanced to the second night of the finale, becoming the season's Big Four.
