Nicola "Nikki" Grahame is the runner-up of Ultimate Big Brother. She was previously a finalist on Big Brother 7 (UK) and later a houseguest on Big Brother Canada 4. She was also a "Time Warp Housemate" on Big Brother 16 (UK).

During Big Brother 7 (UK), Nikki became infamous for her frequent temper tantrums over minor issues such as the lack of bottled water or the house being too cold. In one particularly notable instance, she repeatedly yelled "Who IS she?" in the Diary Room in reference to fellow housemate Susie Verrico. In spite of this, Nikki quickly became a fan favorite, placing 5th in her initial season and being voted the runner-up of Ultimate Big Brother.

Once Nikki entered the BBCAN Grand on Big Brother Canada 4, she was thrown for a loop due to how different this version of the game was from her previous experiences. Nikki began as a very non-strategic player, and was not viewed as a threat by the other houseguests. As time passed, she began to think more strategically, having a very good read of her fellow houseguests, although she was never one to make big moves. She was able to remain in the game by floating in the middle and frequently switched her allegiances based on how she felt about specific people at certain moments. Surviving the first eviction on day 63, Nikki found herself to be nominated again by Nick and Phil Paquette during the second half of the double eviction. Initially as a pawn against her ally Tim Dormer, she became the target after Cassandra Shahinfar saved Tim with the veto. She was then swiftly evicted by a unanimous vote of 3-0.

Due to her popularity, Nikki was brought back to Big Brother (UK) several times to make cameo appearances and sometimes impact the game. In Big Brother 16 (UK), Nikki entered the house as a "Time Warp Housemate" on Day 32 alongside other alumni, Brian Belo and Helen Wood, where they, alongside fake evicted housemate Marc O'Neill, controlled the nominations for Week 6. In Big Brother 19 (UK), Nikki entered the house once again after being tasked with looking after the housemates after Big Brother temporarily quit due to stress. She used this opportunity to gossip with the remaining housemates. Nikki left the Big Brother house the same evening.

On April 9th, 2021, Nikki passed away after a long battle with anorexia.[2]
