Nicole Layog was a houseguest on Big Brother 24 (US).

A strong personality in the house, Nicole developed a strong connection and formed a Final Two deal with Daniel Durston, calling themselves the Rogue Rats. She was not initially targeted, but after her and Daniel's blowup with Taylor Hale on week 3, other houseguests started to put her on their radar and formed the new dominant alliance The Leftovers. On week 4, she became the backdoor target by The Leftovers. She believed she was safe as Daniel won the Power of Veto, but when Head of Household Monte Taylor truthfully warned the duo that Nicole might go home as a backdoor option if the veto was used, they believed that he was lying otherwise, leading to Daniel changing his mind and using the veto instead and Monte putting Nicole and Taylor on the nomination block. She still believed that Taylor would go home, but unfortunately for Nicole, The Leftovers had the numbers and even secretly convinced other people in evicting Nicole instead, resulting in her eviction by a vote of 9-1, with Daniel being the only one who voted to keep her.

Because of her controversial statements against Taylor during their time together in the house, Nicole received major backlash from the cast and fans alike and was tagged as a villain of the season.

What’s the best advice you received before coming out to play?
The best advice I received before coming out to play was to be myself, specifically how I'm able to build relationships very easily.

What do you think people will perceive you as?
I definitely think people will perceive me as a fierce competitor. I definitely don't back down. And I'm very strong-willed. So I hope that that carries me through the game.

What types of players would you least want in your alliance?
Definitely floaters. I want us to be able to all give in as much as we can in an alliance so that we're all putting in the same work.

What’s something the other houseguests may dislike about you?
I don't know what the houseguests would least like about me. I'm pretty easygoing. I know that I have a super positive attitude and that might bother some people at times. But I always look at the bigger picture and think of how great things are.

On eviction night, would you rather flip the votes against the house to help your individual game, or go with the house to help your overall alliance?
I would end up going with whatever my alliance goes for, whether I have to be that one vote that flips or if I have to be that vote that goes along. I think that at the beginning of the game, I'll use that to my advantage. And then towards the end of the game, I'll definitely be looking out more for myself.[1]
