In October 2020, it was reported that Natalie had re-signed with WWE.[4] Teasers for her return began airing on Monday Night Raw on May 3, 2023.[5] She made her official return on June 14, and shortly began a rivalry with Alexa Bliss, culminating in a match at SummerSlam in which Natalie lost.[6][7] After being written out of WWE programming with a storyline injury at the hands of former MMA fighter Shayna Baszler in order to take time off to film a movie role, Natalie was once again released from her contract by WWE during mass lay-offs in November.[8]

Natalie is the first person to have her initials (NEM) on her key as opposed to just her first name.
Natalie is the third professional wrestler to play Big Brother in the United States following Jessie Godderz and Austin Matelson, and fifth overall behind Khali Singh Rana (who wrestled in WWE under the name The Great Khali) and Faye Palmer.
Natalie and Khali are the only two that were active member of WWE's "main roster", whereas the other three were only briefly signed to WWE's developmental territories. However, Natalie is the only one to have never won a championship in the sport.
Natalie was both the first female to win a competition and the first female to be evicted on Celebrity Big Brother 2 (US).
She's also the only female who didn't make it to finale night.
