Creation[]
The alliance was created on the very first day of Big Brother 8. After Kail Harbick won HOH, she decided to create an alliance with three male houseguests. She asked Mike Dutz, Nick Starcevic, and Zach Swerdzewski if they wanted to join the alliance; and they all agreed.
Fallout[]
The alliance looked to be strong in week 1 after successfully evicting their target Carol Journey. However in week 2, when Dick Donato and Joe Barber were nominated. Kail campaigned to save Joe. During this time, Nick also leaked information about the alliance to Danielle Donato, which defected him from the alliance. The rest of the alliance was also pushing to evict Joe. However when it became clear Dick was staying. The alliance all voted Joe out, except for Kail who got left out of the vote. Following Joe’s eviction, Dick won HOH. He initially nominated Jen Johnson and Kail for eviction. However during the POV competition, Mike was deliberately targeting Dick. Following this Jen used the POV to save herself. Dick nominated Mike as his replacement nominee next to Kail. Later Mike was evicted by a vote of 7-2.
Late Night Crew[]

Following Mike’s eviction, Dustin Erikstrup won HOH. Originally he nominated Jen and Kail for eviction with Kail being the target. However after Jameka Cameron won the POV. The Late Night Crew was formed. The formation of this alliance put the Mrs. Robinson alliance in the minority. Later Jameka used the POV on Jen and Dustin backdoored Nick; he was evicted by a vote of 6-2. Following Nick’s eviction, Daniele Briones won HOH. Initially she nominated Jen and Kail but she was planning on backdooring Eric Stein and betraying The Late Night Crew. Following this, Jen win the POV and used it on herself. Daniele nominated Eric as her replacement nominee. Kail and Zach then aligned with Daniele, Dick and Jen to form a new alliance. However at the eviction, the other members of the Late Night Crew saved Eric and blindsided Kail as she was evicted by a vote of 4-3.
Zach’s Survival[]
Following Kail’s eviction, Jessica Hughbanks won HOH. After Kail was evicted, this just left Zach as the only member of the alliance left. Due to their betrayal last week, Jessica nominated Daniele and Dick for eviction. However after Dick won the veto and saved Daniele. Dustin volunteered to be nominated. Due to America's Player, Eric was forced to vote to evict Dustin and after him and Jessica decided to turn on him. Zach voted him out, which left a blindsided Dustin and a fractured Late Night Crew. Following Dustin’s eviction, Daniele won HOH. During this time Zach solidified his alliance with Daniele and Dick and they became a trio moving forward. Later Daniele backdoored and evicted on-off ally Jen. Following Jen’s eviction, Jessica won HOH. Despite Zach being nominated, his alliance with Dick and Daniele allowed him to stay safe that week. Following Amber’s eviction, Zach won HOH. He nominated Jessica and Jameka due to him having the least connections with them. Later Jessica was evicted. Following Jessica’s eviction, it was a Double Eviction. His ally Dick won HOH and nominated Eric and Jameka. After Zach won the POV he made an infamously bad move by not using the POV to force huge competition threat Daniele to be nominated. Ultimately, Eric was evicted by a vote of 2-0. Following Eric’s eviction, Zach won his 2nd HOH. Realizing that Daniele and Dick had to be split up he nominated them. However after Daniele won the POV and saved Dick. Dick cast the sole vote to evict on Jameka.
Defeat[]
Zach entered the final 3 needing to win the final HOH. As neither Daniele nor Dick were going to bring him. Luckily for Zach he won part 1 of the final HOH. Unfortunately for him, in the controversial part 3. He lost to Dick and he cast the sole vote to evict on Zach.
Trivia[]
- The name of the alliance is a reference to the 1967 film The Graduate, due to Kail being an older woman aligned with three younger men.
- Zach was the only member of this alliance to not be evicted pre-jury.
