Monica was best known in the house for her strong and outspoken personality. Her closest friendship in the house was with Krista Stegall, with whom she was a part of The Untouchables, though she also bonded with and was a member of The Other People. She was nominated next to Krista in Week 6 by Nicole Nilson Schaffrich. Three weeks after Krista's eviction, Monica ended up winning the Head of Household competition Will Kirby threw to her so she could nominate Nicole and Hardy Ames-Hill, the strategic powerhouses of the season, bonding the two. Will went on to cast the sole vote to evict Hardy, allowing Monica to make it to the final three with him and Nicole. She finished in 3rd place and became the ninth and final member of the jury after Nicole chose to evict her over Will, as she believed Monica was too big of a jury threat to take to the final 2. Monica voted for Will to win the game, which he did in a 5-2 vote.
Monica was later one of the twenty candidates eligible to be voted back into Big Brother 7 (US). However, she was not selected.
