I have talked to one of your admins but he didn't respond. Would you mind if we tie in the Big Brother Wiki to the Survivor Wiki? By doing so, we will add your wiki's links into the Survivor Wiki's font page. Thanks for your urgent response.
The article "HouseGuest" is not correctly named. It should be Houseguest (one word, one capital). I checked on CBS.com. Plus there are no nouns in English that I know of with a capital in the middle. I tried to rename it and it could not be done (apparently there is a page called Houseguest redirecting to HouseGuest, which is totally backwards). Anyway, I hope you agree with this renaming and can help me. It really bugs me to see flagrant grammar violations. I also dislike seeing "House Guest". I wasn't sure which Admin to contact, i just picked the one with the most edits.
Hi! Would you mind providing me with administrative rights? I'm a fairly active editor and monitor the activity regularly. I left a similar message on Obsessionx's wall, but I'm not entirely sure how active she is at the moment.
Hey there, Flamingjoe, my name is Doug and I'm a member of Wikia's Community Development Team! I'm stopping by to ask if you're interested in activating the Related Video Module for the Big Brother Wiki. We have a handful of licensed videos that can be found our Wikia Video Library that can be pulled into the wiki automatically. Let me know if you'd like this feature enabled or not. Thank you and have a good one! TheBlueRogue (profile)•(talk)•(email) 00:50, October 16, 2013 (UTC)
Hi Doug, that would be great. We'd love to have Related Video Module activated on the Wiki. Thanks. Also, sorry for taking so long to reply, I've just been so busy lately. Flamingjoe (profile)•(talk)•(email) 10:21, October 23, 2013 (UTC)
That's what I thought you were asking, but I just wanted to make sure so I could answer your question properly :D There may be different ways to make category pages, but I've always made them like this:
1. I go onto a page on the Wikia and add the new category of the page that I want to make.
2. The category on the page should now be in red (like with other hyperlinks for other pages that haven't been created yet).
3. I then click on the red category that I've just added; this should take you directly to the page editor for the category page.
4. Then you can add the content to the category page that you want to (which is usually a brief summary of what category is).
I hope that answered your question properly. If you have any other questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
