Maria Concetta La Rosa, who is more commonly known by stage name Maria Monsè, was a housemate on Grande Fratello VIP 3 and Grande Fratello VIP 6. She later competed on Grande Fratello 18 as a 2-in-1 housemate with daughter Perla Paravia.

In Grande Fratello VIP 3, Maria entered the House on Day 29. Her game mainly focused on her rivalry with Daniela del Secco d'Aragona, and Maria started to annoy the rest of the housemates because she would very often talk about it. She was quickly nominated for eviction and eliminated on Day 43, finishing in 16th Place.

Due to her brief run on season 3, Maria was given a second chance during Grande Fratello VIP 6, where she was once again a late entry, entering on Day 71. Similar to her previous season, Maria immediately started annoying some of her housemates, mainly Jessica Selassié, Lulù Selassié and Sophie Codegoni. Her feuds and behavior caused her to be nominated by almost the entire House twice, collecting 29 votes against her in the three rounds she was eligible. Her game ultimately ended on Day 92, after 22 days, where she was evicted with a voting percentage difference of just 0.1% to Francesca Cipriani.
