Lucrezia "Lulù" Makonnen Hailé Selassié was a finalist on Grande Fratello VIP 6.
Lulù started the game as a 3-in-1 contestant with her sisters Clarissa and Jessica, but she was able to make a name for herself on her own quickly thanks to her recognizable hair and makeup looks, as well as her showmance with Manuel Bortuzzo. Their relationship was at times seen as toxic and controversial because of Lulù's jealousy and immaturity and because of Manuel's cold and mean remarks towards her during arguments. However, as time went on, the two seemed to find a balance, and declared their love for each other.
When the trio was separated and Lulù started playing on her own, she initially had a very hard time as Clarissa was quickly eliminated and Lulù's bond with her other sister Jessica was often unstable and competitive. Lulù also went against many of her housemates when she felt cross, most notably Maria Monsè, Davide Silvestri, and Katia Ricciarelli, who was accused of making racist remarks against Lulù for her African heritage. Her determination and desire to be unapologetically herself, her iconic looks and likeness (that was even noticed by Cardi B on Twitter) and her heartwarming life stories of struggling with racism, body issues, and stalking made Lulù a strong fan favorite. She was voted as the second finalist on Day 158 and earned her spot in the finale, where she was controversially eliminated against one of her aforementioned rivals, Davide, finishing in 5th Place.
