She was born in Mozambique and grew up in a very poor family, with many siblings. While studying at university, she became the mother of a boy who is now 12 years old and who she dreams of bringing to Portugal. She has a passion for fashion and arts, and thanks to her grandmother, she learned to sew and she currently designs and makes the clothes she wears.
