Lane was the first houseguest to make it to the end of the Have-Not phase, and not be named a Have-Not. He would later be followed by Frank Eudy and Jenn Arroyo in Big Brother 14 (US), and Raven Walton in Big Brother 19 (US), however Raven had won a Never-Not Pass during the first week.
Lane is the only houseguest to make it to the final two without ever being a Have-Not after its introduction into Big Brother.
