History

The Beginning

In week one, Sarah Beth pitched a partnership to Kyland, believing that she could trust him more than the other houseguests. The two of them went to each other often to exchange info about what was happening with the other houseguests. Sarah Beth even revealed to him that she had an alliance with Claire Rehfuss and Tiffany Mitchell called Jackpot (which Kyland later told Tiffany about, accidentally causing the members of Jackpot to distrust Sarah Beth).

The two of them would often be seen cuddling together, making the other houseguests question whether they were in a Showmance, despite Sarah Beth telling everyone that she had a girlfriend back home. At one point, Tiffany theorized that Sarah Beth was possibly America's Player and that her and Kyland knew each other and dated outside of the house. The two of them continuously stated that they didn't have any romantic feelings for each other, though, and that they were just friends.

Back-to-Back HoH Reigns

In week six, the Cookout, Kyland's secret alliance, agreed to throw the HoH to Tiffany so that she could take out Sarah Beth. However, Kyland won the HoH anyways, ensuring that Sarah Beth would stay another week. In week seven, Sarah Beth won HoH. She included Kyland in many of her game talks, though she made sure that other houseguests knew that Kyland would not being running her HoH and that she would be doing what she wanted. Despite this, Kyland talked her into targeting Derek Xiao even though she was initially going to put Xavier Prather and Alyssa Lopez (her former teammates) on the block.

The End

In week eight, Tiffany won HoH and immediately put Kyland and Sarah Beth up. Claire won the secret HoH and dethroned Tiffany, but kept her nominations of Kyland and Sarah Beth. When Hannah Chaddha won veto that week, Kyland begged her to take him off the block so that he could give a sympathy vote to Sarah Beth. However, Hannah didn't give in to his pleas and took Xavier off the block instead, who was the punishment third nominee that week. Tiffany gave Sarah Beth a sympathy vote in place of Kyland and Sarah Beth was voted out by the majority of the house.
