Kiefer Collison was a houseguest on Big Brother Canada 9.
During the preseason, Canada voted for Kiefer to be the captain of Team Defender. Having immunity the first week, he found himself as the pawn in Week 2 after rooting against Head of Household Austin Dookwah during the HOH competition, but was able to save himself with the Power of Veto. During that week, Kiefer and his fellow Sunsetters failed to flip the vote against Rohan Kapoor, causing him to pin the blame onto Victoria Woghiren to Rohan and Kyle Moore. This came back to bite him when Victoria won the following HOH and the Showtime duo confronted him about his lies. Despite his alliance wanting to keep Latoya, Kiefer was saved that week with The Oddballs’ votes. He was able to get his revenge by evicting Kyle in Week 4, and Rohan on Day 41. Kiefer’s good position would begin to crumble in Week 7 when he was backdoored by Jedson Tavernier, but survived against Tina Thistle when Jedson changed his mind. In the following week, he would play an intrical part of “trapdooring” and evicting Jedson. By this point, Kiefer was considered a big jury threat, but managed to escape eviction until Final 4 when he was evicted by Tera Gillen-Petrozzi’s sole vote. He placed 4th and became the 6th member of the Jury.
On Finale Night, it was revealed that Kiefer won Big Brother Canada’s first ever Canada’s Favorite Houseguest award.
