From Day 1, Kelsey had been a target for everyone in the house due to her strong relationship/showmance with Jared Kesler and her friendship with Raul Manriquez. Together, the three of them became known as the Third Wheel Alliance, considered one of the most powerful groups in the house from the start. After surviving eviction Week 1, Kelsey was again nominated, and evicted, in Week 4. Fortunately for her, the Fake Double Eviction saved her and she was voted back in to the house by her fellow housemates. In the second half of the game, Kelsey remained in a seat of power along with Jared, although the two did not handle it well. Kelsey started playing the game more strategically after spending a week in the secret suit with Loveita, and she made moves that were solely her own decision, such as voting out Jared. Overall, she maintained good relationships with different sides of the house, except for her feud with Maddy Pavel. Kelsey managed to survive until finale night, where she won the final HOH and cast the sole vote to evict Tim. Ultimately, Kelsey became the runner-up of Big Brother Canada 4, losing the game to Nick and Phil by a vote of 7-2.
Kelsey's first name is the last name of fellow BBCAN houseguest Christine Kelsey.
