As part of the Celebrity Series, the Celebrity housemates have chosen different charity organizations they wanted to help. Her chosen charity was the women's rights advocate Gabriela.
On Week 7, Keanna became part of the Big Four who will go to the Big Night. On Week 8, she was declared as the Big Winner after gathering 44.8% of total votes.

Biography
Keanna Reeves born on September 24, 1970, is a Filipina comedienne and actress. In December 2004, she first gained national attention and notoriety in the Philippines for revealing she used to be a private escort girl.
She stirred controversy when she confessed that lawmakers were among her clients. Her exposé helped her barged into the showbiz world. As a starlet, however, she made very few movie projects. But she was often seen on television talk shows where she clashed with fellow starlets over her past life.

- In 2016, she was cast for a recurring role in the comedy sitcom Home Sweetie Home where Pinoy Big Brother presenter, Toni Gonzaga plays the leading female role.
- She also appears from time to time in the succeeding Pinoy Big Brother seasons due to her status as the first ever celebrity to win in the series. Her latest appearance in the series was during the tenth anniversary celebration of Pinoy Big Brother in 2016, through Pinoy Big Brother: 737.
- Being known for her controversial reputation. She made yet another controversy in 2014 when she revealed that she was in a relationship with a 20 year old guy named Kevin.

- Her win at the end of the season caused controversies as well. Rumors arose including the vote-buying allegations just days after winning Celebrity Edition 1.
