Dana agreed and brought her ally [[Jun Song]] into the alliance and the alliance successfully evicted [[David Lane]]. After [[Alison Irwin]] won HOH, her and Justin cut a deal and officially formed an alliance. Despite the Elite Right trying to convince Alison to nominate Justin, Alison stuck by her deal and kept Justin safe. However, at the expense of losing his close ally and showmance Dana. After Justin won HOH, he targeted [[Nathan Marlow]], whom he deemed as the biggest threat from the opposing side of the house. Justin nominated Nathan and [[Jack Owens, Jr.]] for eviction, later Nathan was evicted. After [[Erika Landin]] won HOH, Justin knew he was in danger. Erika decided to nominate him and Robert. After Justin lost the POV competition, he was left in a vulnerable position. Despite considerations to flip the vote on Robert from Alison and [[Jun Song]]. Justin was evicted by a vote of 3-1, placing 7th and becoming the 3rd member of the jury.

Justin Giovinco was a houseguest on Big Brother 4 (US).
