Juliana quickly entangled herself in a showmance with fellow housemate Maxi Guidici, situating herself in the middle of the house, as her connection to Maxi allowed her to understand the environment that surrounded the men while also working with the girls to secretly inform them about the tactics the boys could be implementing.
Her downfall began when Daniela Celis told María Laura Álvarez and Lucila Villar that Juliana's complacent disposition in the game could be a sign that she was routinely gossiping against them, and subsequently told Juliana that the other two girls had made mean comments about her. This caused all three women to fight and eventually landed both Lucila and Juliana as the highest vote getters on Eviction Night for Week 5. Juliana was spared and her rival was sent home by the public, but she was once again nominated during Week 6 when she became the main target for the entire house, which concluded with her eviction on Day 42.
A few weeks prior to Week 10, host Santiago del Moro had announced that two re-entry stages would be held: the first one had one contestant being voted back in by the remaining houseguests, and the second one having two evicted players being voted back in by the public. On the first stage, both Juliana and Daniela tied with three votes, and Head of Household Alexis Quiroga had to decide who would rejoin the game. He voted for Juliana to re-enter the house on Day 66. Her stay on the house was cut-short when on Day 71, while the second re-entry stage was being held, Big Brother announced Juliana would be ejected from the game after violating a major house rule: revealing information from the outside world.
