Jorge Javier Vázquez was the host of Gran Hermano, the Spanish version of the show, from taking over from Mercedes Milà from Series 17 of the civilian version until its discontinuation after Series 18. He co-hosted the first series of Gran Hermano Dúo with Jordi González, and hosted his final series in 2020 with short-lived celebrity spin-off El Tiempo del Descuento.
When the Dúo format was revived in 2024, Jorge was replaced by Marta Flich.
