John Prats is the runner-up of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Edition 1.
Being naturally sociable and friendly with people, John was never in danger of either being nominated or evicted. Combined with his strong performance in Big Brother's tasks and general likeability to both the public and his housemates, John managed to reach The Big Night and finished as the runner-up of the season, losing to the eventual winner, Keanna Reeves.
Biography[]
John Prats was born on February 14, 1984 in Manila, Philippines to parents Daniel Rafael Prats and Alma Quiambao-Prats, a Kapampangan descent. Prats has four siblings, including younger sister Camille Prats, who is also an actress. He was educated in OB Montessori and at ABS-CBN Distance Learning Center.
Prats was a member of ABS-CBN's circle of homegrown talents named Talent Center, now called Star Magic and now currently managed by ALV Talent Circuit from year 2005 to present.
In 2000-2003, He was paired with Heart Evangelista on the show G-mik Trip, Ang Tanging Ina, My First Romance and Berks. During the success of their loveteam, they won the Most Popular Loveteams of RP movies from 33rd Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation.

Post Big Brother[]
- Since 2009, John had been part of the original cast of the sketch comedy variety show Banana Sundae. Among the cast were his fellow celebrity housemate Zanjoe Marudo and Season 1 runner-up Jason Gainza
- John became a co-presenter in Pinoy Big Brother from Teen Edition 4 to All In where he hosted the now-defunct side show Uber.
- On September 24, 2014, John organized a flash mob and proposed to his long-time girlfriend Isabel Oli in Eastwood.
- On May 16, 2015, John and Isabel married in Batangas.
- Their first child, a daughter named Lily, was born in April 2016.
- John starred in Ang Probinsyano.
- In 2018, John started directing several concerts in the Philippines, in which he first directed Moira Dela Torre's concert.
