Jessica "Jess" Gowling was a houseguest on Big Brother Canada 10.
Jess's game started in a tough position, where she was targeted by the Head of Household Hermon Nizghi. Although she won the first Power of Veto and saved herself, her name was constantly thrown among the other houseguests due to lacking social connections with them, and was even nominated for a second time by Gino Giannopoulos as a pawn. After she won the Head of Household in Week 5, she nominated her two biggest enemies, Hermon and Moose Bendago. However, when Hermon won the Power of Veto, she had to name a replacement nominee. Being convinced by Kevin Jacobs, she nominated Tynesha White as a pawn due to new alliances being formed and considering her to be a threat. However, the plan backfired as the majority secretly turned on Tynesha and voted to evict her. During the Chain of Safety Double Eviction, a lack of social game eventually came back to bite Jess as she was left out of the Chain of Safety. After she lost the second Immunity Challenge, Jess was evicted by a 7-2 vote after a miscommunication by Betty Yirsaw led to a vote flip to keep her over Gino falling through, placing 11th.
