Jerome Alacre was an Adult Housemate in Pinoy Big Brother 7's Adults Chapter.
Jerome entered in the house on Week 16 together with the other 6 Adult Housemates. They were welcomed in the house by the remaining five Teen Housemates.
Throughout the Adults Chapter, Jerome became well known among the viewers as well as the housemates for his love for his family. He also became the father-like figure among his housemates aside from Big Brother himself. He was also their cook.
Inside the house, Jerome became bestfriends with Aura Azarcon and Baninay Bautista.
During the Adults' Chapter, Jerome was never nominated. On Week 26, Jerome together with Baninay Bautista, Cora Waddell and Wil Dasovich competed for the 3rd Lucky House through the White Room Challenge. But it was the Lucky 7 Teen Housemates who would vote on which among them deserved to be part of the Dream Team. Jerome got 3 votes while the others got 2 each. He eventually became the third adult housemate to continue on to the Dream Team Chapter.
On the Dream Team, despite being fatherly inside the house, Jerome together with his fellow Lucky Houses became an easy target for nominations as they were known for being a competitive group and they became a threat to the Celebrities and Teens when it comes to Competitions.
Unfortunately for Jerome, he got evicted on Week 29, following his bestfriend Aura Azarcon who got evicted a week prior, placing him 11th in the Dream Team.

The Overseas Warrior of Tondo
Jerome Alacre is a 32-year old Overseas Worker from San Francisco, California. Born and raised in a slum neighborhood in Tondo District in Manila, Alacre currently worked as an assistant director of nursing and travelling nurse in a medical facility.
At 11, Jerome helped his grandmother in their business in Divisoria selling children's wear. He became a scholar afterwards of the Charity First Foundation and pursued his dream job of being a nurse.

- Jerome is the 2nd Lucky House Finalist to be evicted from the Dream Team.
- Jerome is the 3rd Pinoy Big Brother contestant to come out inside the Big Brother House.
- The 1st contestant was Rustom Padilla during Celebrity Edition 1 while the 2nd was Fifth Pagotan during All In.
- While the former two became emotional moments in the house, Jerome's coming out was more of an uplifting moment for him.
- Jerome was never nominated for eviction until the Dream Team Chapter.
