Jennifer "Jenny" Suico was a housemate on Pinoy Big Brother 1.
The series of events that unfolded before her first voluntary exit was extraordinary. Troubled by a decision whether or not she should leave the house, Jenny claimed a miracle happened to her. Unknown to her housemates, Jenny asked a sign from God to help end her dilemma of deciding whether to stay or leave the house by giving her a sign that should a guy housemate carry her, she would opt to stay in the house but should a female housemate carry her, she would leave the house. The night before she made her crucial decision, on their way to the kitchen for dinner, Nene Tamayo carried her for no apparent reason. This prompted Jenny to finally end her stint in Pinoy Big Brother. She voluntarily left the House on Day 28 (September 17, 2005) and was replaced by Sam Milby. Her foster father died five days later due to multiple organ failure. Jenny would then be voted back in by the public to compete in the house as a replacement for Bob Dela Cruz when he was forcibly evicted by Big Brother.
On Week 9, Jenny became part of the nominees, along Jason Gainza, Cassandra Ponti, Say Alonzo and Franzen Fajardo,who faced the public vote for eviction. At the end of the week, on Day 84, Jenny gathered the least amount of public save votes with only having 4% of the total votes, evicting her out of the Big Brother house for the second time in a season.

Jennifer "Jenny" Suico (born February 3, 1976) is a 29-year-old from Olongapo City. A married mother of one, she auditioned for the show out of boredom after returning from a stint in Japan as an entertainer. However, she made a voluntary exit on Day 28 to tend to her foster father, who was in critical condition at the time. She made the choice to leave after claiming to seek a sign from Divine Providence based on whether a housemate would carry her at all - if a man carried her, she would stay; if a woman did, she would leave. Nene eventually carried her during a light moment. Her foster father died five days after she left the house.

- Due to the unprecedented nature of her return to the competition, Jenny is the first housemate in Pinoy Big Brother to have watched the events inside the house after her exit before entering the game again.
- Jenny's re-entry to the game was an indirect cause of Chx Alcala's automatic nomination and later, her eviction, as the latter asked questions about their season, which included info about the public perception of the house, something that was explicitly prohibited by production.
- Every time Jenny received at least a nomination point, one of those was given by Say Alonzo.
