Jenn was a member of Team Boogie. Jenn was remembered infamously as one of the biggest coasters in Big Brother, not talking game with anybody and not winning any competitions for the majority of the season. Jenn began to play the game after aligning with house target and former teammate Frank Eudy. After winning the Power of Veto that week, Jenn shocked the house and used it on Dan Gheesling, allowing Frank to backdoor a social threat in Britney Haynes. After Britney was evicted, Jenn and Frank were betrayed by their allies, Dan and Danielle Murphree, when Frank was evicted by a vote of 3-1. Jenn was able to survive the next round, in favor of evicting Joe Arvin. After Ian Terry won Head of Household, Jenn was left on the outs, as the other four players were in an alliance. Despite Dan having intentions of seeing home Shane Meaney, Shane went on to win the POV. Nominated alongside her close friend Danielle, Jenn was evicted by a vote of 2-0, placing 5th, and becoming the 5th member of the jury.

Jenn and Frank Eudy are the second and third houseguests to make it to the end of the Have-Not phase and not be named a Have-Not, following Lane Elenburg in Big Brother 12. They were later followed by Raven Walton in Big Brother 19, however, she had won a Never-Not Pass during the first week.
Though in one Power of Veto competition, Jenn was put on slop for the duration of the season.
