On Day 1, Ivana entered the house alongside the other housemates. Before meeting the others, Big Brother assigned her a secret task: to pretend to be a real contestant and convince the others of her status as an official Star Magic housemate.
Despite being a secret house guest and a fake housemate, Ivana had an eventful stay in the Big Brother House. She played a significant role in the house and took on the role of a big sister to the younger housemates, especially 16-year-old Charlie Fleming. Following Josh Ford's birthday on Day 4, Ivana activated her big sister mode and courageously confronted Charlie about her incautious behavior. She advised Charlie to be more mindful of her actions towards the other housemates. Socially, Ivana bonded with the other housemates, particularly with her fellow Kapamilya housemates Esnyr Ranollo and Klarisse de Guzman, as well as Kapuso housemates Mika Salamanca and Dustin Yu.
During the first duo pairing, Ivana was partnered with Ashley Ortega, and together they became the task leaders for their first Weekly Task. Ivana's leadership, determination and support for her housemates proved successful, as they eventually won the first Weekly Task, earning the house's shopping budget for the following week.
On Day 7, Big Brother surprisingly announced Ivana's departure. She eventually revealed her real House Guest status during an emotional farewell with the housemates before finally leaving the house on the evening of Day 7.
