Gran Hermano Dúo 1 is the first season of the duo celebrity version of Gran Hermano Spain.

Twists[]
- Duos and Trios: Most of celebrities entering the game would participate in pairs. However, along with the duos, two groups will play in trios. This would be in affect from weeks 1-6. Starting on week 7, the housemates would play the game individually.
- Different Nomination Format: For the nominations during weeks 1-6, the housemates would nominate as duos, be nominated as duos, and be saved as duos. Once the housemates were nominated, they would be individual housemates, with the viewers only voting to evict one housemate.
- Different Nomination Points: For the nomination points from weeks 1-6, the first duo nominated would receive three points, and the second duo nominated would receive one point. Starting on week 7, the housemates would follow the regular GH nomination format.
- Swap Power: Along with immunity, the HOHs will receive the power to save one of the nominees and nominate another person.
- Temporary Leaving: On day 17, Irene Rosales had to temporarily leave the house. Her partner, Kiko Rivera, would still make the nominations for her, and she could still be nominated with Kiko.
- Individual Nominations: After Yurena Seisdedos was evicted from the game, her partner, Juan Miguel Martínez, was left alone in the game, meaning that he could still nominate the other groups, but they would nominate him individually.
- New Pairs: After two housemates were left alone as individual housemates, they would be combined into a single pair.
- Repechage: On day 45, all of the previously evicted housemates (meaning that Julio Ruz would not be in this due to his ejection), would all go against each other in the viewers' votes to determine which one of them would re-enter the game.
