Largely seen as the pre-jury villain of his season, Graig was quick to become an enemy to fellow houseguests such as Johnny Colatruglio, Naeha Sareen, Sindy Nguyen, Sarah Hanlon and Brittnee Blair. Despite becoming a very large target early on due to his paranoid and brash behaviour, he was well-protected by his Chop Shop alliance. However, they lost control of the house when Brittnee won her first HOH, which ended in Graig being nominated alongside his ally Bobby Hlad. Ultimately, the Chop Shop decided to keep Bobby over him, and Graig was unanimously voted out. He failed to win the competition that would’ve allowed him to re-enter the house.
Graig Merritt is a 36-year-old professional baseball coach and scout from Pitt Meadows, British Columbia. He applied for the second series after his players urged him to, though a car accident disabled him from continuing with the casting process. He describes himself as "passionate, emotional, and real", and enjoys doing yoga. He plans to lie about his age and occupation in the house.
