Steven "Gino" Giannopoulos was a houseguest on Big Brother Canada 10.
Gino started the game in a good position being a part of The Honey Bunch and the Savage Seven. He had a showmance with Jacey-Lynne, strong relationships with Kyle Moore, Hermon Nizghi, Summer Sayles and Stephanie Paterson and an season long running love-hate feud with Marty Frenette. Gino was a strong competitor for winning two Head of Household competitions.
His strong position would be blown up during Kyle's HOH reign after ally Stephanie was blindsided and evicted in a 9-2 vote. This would put Gino in a minority position for the remainder of the game. The following week, Gino won HOH in week 4 and backdoored Kyle due to the latter's erratic decisions and being convinced by his ally Summer. This was later to be a blunder as he was left on the outs for the remainder of the game surviving through lucky circumstances such as the Safety Chain Ceremony and Marty winning HoH's. In week 7, Gino won his second HOH and planned to backdoor Marty but his plans were foiled after Haleena won the Power of Veto and left nominations the same along with Jace who opted not to use the secret Power of Veto. In week 8, after Betty Yirsaw won the Power of Veto in Week 8, Marty decided to choose nominees by making Kevin Jacobs, Haleena, and Jacey-Lynne pick one and if that person chose the red gummy bear, they became the replacement nominee. He gave Gino the option to not play but Gino infamously opted to play in the Gummy Bear Draw and drew the red gummy bear.
On Triple Eviction night, Gino was blindsided by a 4-1 vote with only Jacey-Lynne voting to keep him. He placed 8th.

I want to go in nice and soft, analyze my competition, eliminate the weak links, and build a solid alliance within different groups. Why do you think you were selected to be on BBCAN10? I think I was selected for what I can bring to the table. Having to deal with physical and mental challenges at work, bringing that to Big Brother Canada will take me far. Also, as someone to charm the ladies! What part of the Big Brother Canada experience do you think will be the hardest for you? I think being secluded with no contact with friends and family will be the hardest part. How do you want people to remember you as a player on BBCAN? I want people to think of me as a true, real and honest person to himself and to others. Someone that is a hardworker, a comp beast, and is here to become the champ of BBCAN10.
My biggest pet peeve is: negative people. My happy place is: Greece. My biggest fear is: the dark and spiders. My greatest strength is: good listener. My dream vacation is: I don’t have one, I’m always on vacation. My most prized possession is: having an amazing, loving family. My favourite hobby is: going to the gym and golf. Most spontaneous thing I’ve done is: getting my first tattoo at 17 with my friend. If I could only eat one thing in the house, it would be: Greek food. A fact about me that surprises people is: I’m a lover. I get along best with people who: are good vibes (positive people). My friends/family would describe me as someone who: someone that doesn’t stop until he gets what he wants. A personal accomplishment I am most proud of is: getting hired young as a firefighter – one of my biggest dreams.

- Both times Gino was the Head of Household, his original target was Marty Frenette and later changed to another male HouseGuest who then became evicted.
