When Nakomis won Head of Household during Week 5, she had one goal in mind, getting rid of Jase Wirey at any cost. Ever the competitor, Jase had one Head of Household and two Power Of Vetos under his belt, using his last veto to save himself from eviction. Nakomis came up with the Backdoor Plan, her "Six Finger Plan." She would nominate Marvin Latimer and Diane Henry, two members of her own alliance. In early seasons, the nominees and HOH would each select one player to play in the POV, instead of the random draw used today. The other members of the alliance, Drew Daniel, Adria Klein, and Will Wikle, played POV and no matter who won, would remove one of the nominees. Jase would then be selected as the replacement nominee, as he was when Drew won the POV. At this moment, Drew turned against The Four Horsemen, and knowingly saved Diane from the block.

After Scott Long and Jase Wirey were evicted, it can be said that The Four Horsemen alliance was over, even though Drew Daniel and Michael Ellis maintained a close friendship. The alliance could be considered revived after the Final HOH, which Drew won, and selected his former alliance member to go with him to the Final Two instead of his showmantic partner, Diane.

History

Creation

The Four Horsemen was created on the first day of Big Brother 5 (US) by Jase Wirey and Scott Long.

Early Dominance

After Jase won the first Head of Household competition, the alliance seemed to be in a powerful position. However, Jase and Scott’s behavior would make the, very big targets for the opposing Pinky Swear Alliance. Despite this, the alliance was able to unanimously evict Mike Lubinski, who was openly going after the alliance. The following week, affiliate Marvin Latimer won Head of Household and the alliance aided in taking out Lori Valenti.

Downfall

During the first few weeks of the game, Jase and Holly King had become a showmance, however, this would cause friction in the alliance as the rest of the alliance didn’t trust Holly. Along with this, conflict between Jase and Scott started to arise because of Holly due to their mutual liking of her. After Drew won Head of Household in week three, he put Holly on the block as the target with the goal of creating peace in the alliance. However, what the alliance didn’t account for was that Holly was a loyal and vital number for the alliance. Despite Jase’s pushes to keep Holly, she was evicted in a 7-1 vote later that week. Also this week, both Jase and Scott participated in a heated public argument with Diane Henry. After Diane won Head of Household in week four, Diane put Jase and Scott on the block and ultimately Scott was evicted that week. After Nakomis Dedmon won Head of Household, the entire house excluding Jase and Michael Ellis created a plan to backdoor Jase. After Drew won the Power of Veto, he sealed Jase’s fate as he used the veto allowing Nakomis to put Jase up and evict him in a 6-1 vote.

Revival

Despite Drew’s defection and their low numbers, Drew and Michael were able to reconnect and work together in the game.

Victory

Using their relationships and the breakup of the majority alliance, Drew and Michael were able to make it to the final two together where Drew won in a 4-3 vote.
